    The IT Analyst, Supply Chain serves as a liaison between the business partners and IT technical teams. The role will lead the project initiation process, establishing initial scope, budget, resource requirements, timeline and ROI.

    The IT Analyst - Supply Chain will work with business partners to deliver both tactical and strategic solutions, ensuring initiatives provide expected business value through project controls, collaboration and stakeholder communication. 

    By leveraging your experience, leadership skills, positive attitude as well as your understanding for cross-functional relationships you will help deliver process and technology solutions within in a global environment.

    Core Responsibilities

    Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:


    • Utilize project management skills to ensure work streams are properly identified and prioritized, resources utilized, time lines met and provide consistent status updates. Ability to lead and influence in a matrix organizational structure.
    • Review existing business processes to determine where automation / improvements will drive efficiency. Identify process efficiencies, recommend uses of software functionality, design solutions.
    • Provide functional leadership for new technology deployments, ensuring proper testing, training and cross functional post-implementation support. Quantify business impacts and risk mitigation options for deployments.
    • Assist in the development strategic road-maps encompassing the evolution of enterprise business solution portfolios from current to future state.
    • Evaluate innovative technology trends and use knowledge of business operations to facilitate proofs of concept and integration strategies.
    • Provide technical expertise and strategic consultation on design and implementation of business applications. Demonstrate an understanding of how and changes in technology impact the organization.   
    • Collaborate with business and technical resources on incident management and resolution for critical production system issues.
    • Oversee vendors to ensure compliance with existing agreements, commitments and IT policies.
    • Produce design documents, functional specifications and business process maps to facilitate project scoping and initiation. Provide guidance to developers to ensure business needs are achieved.

    • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a regionally accredited four-year college or university in Business, Computer Science or closely related field and 5+ years experience in IT or related roles, required.
    • 3+ years of experience with emphasis in systems supporting a supply chain business area, required. 
    • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
    • Self-motivated with strong sense of accountability, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively to attain results that meet the business needs
    • Demonstrated high learning agility with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated project management skills, including budgeting and managing timelines.
    • Previous experience in business process mapping, defining system requirements and test scenarios.
    • Specific skills include facilitating change, driving operational excellence, and striving for continuous improvement.
    • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT applications, architectures and supply chain business processes and data flows.Functional/technical experience implementing and supporting enterprise level Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) across multiple high-volume facilities preferred.
