Smithfield is seeking a Military Talent Acquisition Specialist to help establish and administer programs for targeting recruitment and retention of military veterans that fulfill both current and future skill requirements while complementing our company culture.
The Military Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist recruiting initiatives to obtain veteran talent for placement in exempt and non-exempt positions across the organization. This position helps infuse Smithfield’s culture with aspects necessary to ensure successful recruitment, placement and retention of veterans within the company through program execution and organizational education. This role is accountable for the execution of our military training programs. This position will visit military installations and transition centers to make presentations to military veterans.
