Overview

The Seasonal Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service to customers with their holiday orders via e-mail, web order, phone or postal mail.  Enters customer orders, processes web orders, cross and up sells add-on items.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:

  • Assists customers with placing their orders while maintainng an enthusiastic, friendly and professional manner.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of products and shares this knowledge with customers.
  • Strongs attention to detail when entering customer's holiday gift orders; accuracy is critical.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely with both external customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others in-person and on telephone.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic typing, phone, computer navigation skills.
  • Ability to navigate order processing systems, the Internet and e-mail.
  • Dependable, professional and resourceful.
